We initially meet with you at your wedding and reception site, if desired, to ensure we understand what you want.  Because we have been to so many locations, in many cases we may only need to meet at convinient location to you such as a local Starbucks or Panera Bread for about an hour.  Our appointments are on your schedule understanding this is typically after normal work hours and on weekends.  We then meet you a second time to present a professional proposal package.
